Objectives

  • To develop an AI-enabled IoT-based irrigation system for small farms to mitigate the problem of low levels of water, especially in Punjab.
  • To develop an AI-based weed identification system and built the robotics system for targeted weed treatment.
  • To extend the coverage and accuracy of the disease detection system for wheat and rice crop.
  • To design and develop an AI-based weed detection system for wheat and rice crop.
  • To develop conversational AI Kissan bot for farmers that can detect and provide remedies for detected diseases of the crops.
  • To extend the functionality of the Farma App to develop it as one point solution for the PA system.
